New in Cognizo: Technical Audits, One-Click Publish, and Writing Settings

A rebuilt Technical Audit, direct publishing to your CMS, and new ways to automate content.

Written by Alp Aysan

This release brings a rebuilt Technical Audit that tells you exactly what to fix, plus One-Click Publish and Writing Settings in Content Studio, so articles can go from idea to live on your site with as little effort as you want. Let's take a look:

What's in this release:

  • One-Click Publish: connect WordPress, Webflow, or Ghost and publish articles straight from Cognizo

  • Writing Settings: choose Actions, Review First (a set number of articles each week for you to review), or Autopilot (written and published for you)

  • Better content quality: stronger articles that follow your brand guidelines, with more professional images

  • Technical Audit: Foundations and Site Audits are now one audit, organized into Reach, SEO Fundamentals, and Content

  • Clear fixes: every check is marked Passed, Partial, or Failed, with exactly what to change and on which pages

  • Progress tracking: re-run an audit and fixed checks get a "Fixed" tag. Dismiss checks that don't apply to you

  • Multi-domain audits: audit staging sites, secondary domains, or competitors

  • Brand Aliases: track every name your brand and competitors go by

  • Account page: your profile, password, and email settings now live in one place
